Where do you deliver?

We deliver same day throughout Melbourne, you can find our delivery zone here. If we’re not currently delivering to your hood, please do get in touch and we can send you a custom delivery quote.

What are the delivery costs?

Our delivery locations are separated into 4 different zones, you can find the cost of your suburb here. Free shipping applies to any orders over $75 going to one shipping address and must be to a listed suburb.

What days do you operate?

We deliver from Monday to Friday. The only exceptions are public holidays, weekends and the Christmas/New Year period.

What is the order deadline?

For all LVLY products, the order deadline is 1pm for delivery the same day Melbourne. For the LVLY flower posy it will be until the flowers run out – first in best dressed!

Can I order in advance?

If you’re extra organised and want to buy a gift to be delivered on a future date, we’ve got you covered. Simply add something LVLY to your cart and choose a future date for delivery.

When will my gift be delivered?

Whether you order same day or in advance, gifts will be delivered to business addresses by 5.30pm on your selected delivery date. LVLY gifts going to residential addresses will be delivered by 6pm. We’ll send you an email to let you know that your gift has been safely delivered.
Please note that due to the on-the-go nature of same day delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

What is your refund & returns policy?

Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, we follow the following guidelines:
– If the problem is the fault of LVLY we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference.
– If there is a mistake submitted on the order form e.g. incorrect information, LVLY cannot be held responsible for it. However, we will work with you to try and correct the issue and make sure that your LVLY surprise arrives at its intended destination as soon as possible. This may incur further costs: please see our terms and conditions here.
