Flowers are gorgeous and true to the photos, but the gifts like candles, hand cream and tea are genuine quality items! Very nicely presented and have briliant expressions on the labels!
Orders always delivered promptly with updates along the way. Product is always superior and you can tell lovingly picked / crafted. No stones left unturned with service. Once I put the wrong address and I emailed them and got a reply almost in real time saying it was okay and corrected.
