I can’t fault the plant, process or service. The website was easy to navigate but unfortunately my sympathy message wasn’t recorded - from the confirmation I replied with my message and almost instantly I was notified it had been included. The next day I was notified it was leaving the wharehouse and again once it had been delivered. My friend was so grateful and said it was a healthy plant too. I also love the little messages - a beautiful concept. I have no hesitation in using LVLY or recommending them.
