Ordering a flower bouquet was incredibly smooth and easy. I accidentally entered the wrong email during the order, but the confirmation and updates were quickly sent to the correct email. I was a bit concerned about what would happen if my aunt wasn't home to receive her flowers, but they arrived in an adorable box and she loved it so much!

I was desperate to find a gift for my mum on her 83rd birthday. Only problem is that I live in the USA and she's in Brisbane, add to which her birthday happens to fall on Easter weekend when virtually every local florist I looked into was closed. So, Livy to the rescue. Not only were they open but they communicated flawlessly as the flowers were being prepared and delivered. The amusing box was a nice touch. The flowers arrived right on time, were fresh, and mum loved them.
