      Delivery of Pinot Noir and Posy - with a late address change.

      The gift was amazing - however a late delivery address change due to ETA time extending resulted in my contacting LVLY to change the address. I was initially very concerned because there is no way to phone call and speak to someone. However, your team member Lyd responded almost immediately via email, changed the address in LVLY, then forwarded the address change to the driver who delivered to updated address.

      I could not speak more highly of Lyd professional customer service and her sense of urgency. It was really appreciated from my perspective when using LVLY for the first time.

      I would like to formally recognize her fantastic customer service skills and let her know that I appreciate what she did on that one. :)

      This combination was perfect for my Aunty.

      She really enjoyed both the wine and the bouquet.

      The bouquet was fresh and scented and the wine hit the spot. I sent the bouquet along with chocolate almonds and a bottle of wine to my aunt in Australia with love from East Sussex in the UK. It was really powerful and pleasing to know that everything was such a hit In Australia and to such a high standard as I know the same cannot be said For the quality in UK I’m very pleased I found this company. Long live Lvly!
