The ordering process was seamless and the updates on delivery excellent. The actual gift was exactly what was shown on the site, and the recipient loved the arrangement, especially the vase. I chose this gift as it will last much longer than flowers and comes with the slightly textured vase.

Beautiful but were delivered to wrong address. Was left at unit at back of the address for some reason, not at the front door of the house. Recipient did not get them until 6 days later, lucky they were dried flowers not fresh!!!
