    Where will you be delivering this Christmas period?

    This Christmas, LVLY will be delivering flowers and gifts across major Australian cities including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, with next-day delivery available to many other locations across the country. 

    Do you offer same-day delivery during the Christmas period?

    Yes! We offer same-day delivery 7 days a week in most metro areas, throughout the Christmas period

    You can place your order up until 4PM for same day delivery in most metro areas, 7 days a week, until Christmas Eve.

    What is the last day I can order during the Christmas Period?

    Last minute gifter? We’ve got you! We’ll be trading right up until Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December!

    For metro areas, you can order by 1PM on Christmas Eve for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

    For our next-day delivery postcodes, it looks a little different. Our last day to order for next-day delivery is Wednesday 16 December before 2PMfor dispatch that same day. 

    Can I order now for delivery closer to Christmas?

    Absolutely! You can order ahead and select your preferred delivery date at checkout, subject to availability.

    It’s the perfect way to tick Christmas gifting off your list early and leave yourself more time for the important stuff, like eating all the Christmas treats.

    Will you be delivering on Christmas Day?

    Unfortunately, we won’t be delivering on Christmas Day! LVLY will be closed while our team enjoys some much-needed family and friend time… and eating heaps of yummy Christmas food!

    We’ll be back delivering on Boxing Day, ready to make someone’s day.
