Review Voucher Competition T&Cs

1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is LVLY Pty Ltd, ABN 79 600 374 534, of 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, VIC, 3189, (“LVLY”, “we”, “us”).

2. Competition period

2.1This is an ongoing competition. Customers who make a qualifying purchase and then leave a review on our website throughreviews.io will go into a random draw to win a $200 LVLY voucher. 

2.2 The competition runs from 01 August 2026, 9AM (AEST) and closes on 01 August 2027, 9AM (AEST). We may close or amend it at any time on reasonable notice atlvly.com.au, without affecting entries already validly submitted. 

2.3 Entries are grouped into draw periods. A draw period runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month (“Draw Period”). One (1) $200 voucher is awarded each Draw Period.   

3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, except employees (and their immediate families) of LVLY and any agency associated with this competition.

3.2 A qualifying purchase in any order placed onlvly.com.au during a Draw Period.

3.3 By entering, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements and accept these terms.

4. How to enter

4.1 After a qualifying purchase, you will receive an automated email inviting you to leave a review of the company onlvly.com.au. Submitting a valid review during the Draw Period enters you into that period’s draw. 

4.2 Entry is free once you have made your purchase. One entry per review. 

4.3 Your chance of winning does not depend on what you say. Entry is open to every genuine review regardless of rating or sentiment - positive, negative, or neutral. We do not require a favourable review, and we do not remove, edit, or filter reviews to influence the draw. 

4.4 Reviews must be your honest opinion and based on a genuine experience. Fake, duplicated, offensive, or automated reviews are invalid and will be disqualified, and may be removed. 

5. The prize

5.1 Each Draw Period, one (1) winner received a $200 LVLY digital voucher (total value $200 incl. GST) redeemable at lvly.com.au.

5.2 The voucher is valid for 12 months from issue. It is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost after issue. 

5.3 The prize is not exchangeable and must be taken as offered. If it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute of equal or greater value, subject to any regulator direction.

6. How the winner is chosen

6.1 This is a game of chance. After each Draw Period, one winner is drawn at random from all valid entries from that period. 

6.2 The draw takes place at 9:00AM on the 3rd business day after each Draw Period ends at 15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, 3189, conducted by Brand Manager. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law

7. Notifying the winner

7.1 The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw, using the email linked to their order. 

7.2 The winner must claim the voucher by 14 days after notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found ineligible they forfeit the voucher and we may redraw at the next business day, subject to any permit conditions.

8. Publicity

8.1 By accepting a prize, the winner agrees we may publish their first name, last name and state for the purpose of announcing the result and any regulatory requirement.

8.2 Participation is not conditional on any further promotional activity beyond announcing the result.

9. Your privacy

9.1 We collect entrants’ personal information to run this competition. We handle it under our Privacy Policy athttps://www.lvly.com.au/pages/privacy-policy, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9.2 We won't use your details for marketing without your consent. You can ask to access or correct your information using the contact details in clause 1.2.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from this competition or the prize, including from late, lost or misdirected entries, technical faults, or use of the prize, except where caused by our negligence.

10.3 We may cancel, suspend or amend the competition if it cannot run as planned due to events beyond our reasonable control, subject to any written direction from the relevant regulator.

11. General

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and entrants submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.
