Advance orders

Choosing to send tomorrow or further down the track? Lovely. Just know the posy style is a surprise. You won't see it until it lands, and by then it's too late to swap (unless we happen to be running the same style all week). We refresh our posy styles every week, sometimes daily, depending on what's in season and what's looking its best. And if we ever hit a supply hiccup, we'll let you know straight away and give you the choice: a full refund, or we send on another day that suits.

Cancellations, warranties & refunds

We move quick, which is part of the magic, but it does mean we can't refund change-of-mind orders once dispatched, same-day ones included. If you need to cancel before your order has left us, we're happy to sort you out with a store credit in line with our cancellation policy. 

We also cannot refund orders sent to the wrong place. Popping in the right delivery details at checkout is on the sender, so it's worth a double-check before you hit go. If an incorrect address is provided by the sender, we can arrange re-delivery, however this will incur the re-delivery fee plus 50% of the order value.

Sending in advance? Cancellation requests need to reach us at least 24 hours before your order is due to be dispatched. Anything we approve is issued as store credit.

Every flower is its own thing, and some are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last a minimum of 3 days. If yours don't last the distance (extreme weather aside), or something just isn't right, tell us straight away and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Not happy with an add-on? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take a look, then sort a refund, store credit or replacement where it applies.
